A warm welcome!
My name is Marc A. Buchholtz. I am a theologian, business coach and organisational developer. I am delighted
that you would like to find out more about me and my concept, "berufENsein"!

I'd like to support you on this journey!

Change is always challenging, and often exhausting too. Sometimes the excitement of something different and new takes the upper hand – other times, perhaps, it’s the reluctance to leave something behind or even have to give it up.

In my experience, this can be easier to manage if you have support, a companion on the journey, or a different perspective on things.

I would like to be with you for a while on this journey, listening, asking questions, organising your thoughts and developing strategies.

I see myself as a sparring partner by your side: people around me say I am a patient and attentive listener; but I also have a knack for formulating, organising and clarifying ideas without losing sight of the bigger picture.

My concept, "berufENsein", focuses on the human being – their personality, values, talents and abilities in all their diversity – and brings these together with their professional responsibilities.

My services...

Organisational development

What actually makes a team? The courage to focus on a shared goal with openness and respect, and to drive it forward with dedication...
A well-established feedback culture helps us to grow together and learn from one another!

Coaching

Time and again, we have to make new decisions – whether at work or in our personal lives! Changing our perspective, coming up with new ideas and developing scenarios brings clarity and gives us the courage to explore new paths!

Change-Management

Skills shortages, New Work, an agile mindset, hybrid working models... these are all new challenges for organisations across all sectors. I firmly believe that a people-centred, systemic approach that recognises the opportunities offered by diversity can lead to new solutions.

From one-to-one coaching to large-group sessions

There are decisions, developments or changes that you have to sort out for yourself – but for others, it’s important to get people on board! In some cases, change begins with the question of who should be involved.
